Description
Description: This sprint establishes a respectful, automated receivables process that stabilizes cashflow. You will standardize invoice terms and formats so clients always see the same clear information. You will configure polite reminder sequences for due-soon, due-today, and overdue stages. You will set up partial payments and deposits for longer projects with example language that avoids friction. You will connect your invoicing tool to a simple ledger tracker so aging is visible at a glance. You will write a dunning ladder that escalates tone gradually while protecting relationships. You will adopt an exceptions path for disputes and paused work. You will add monthly statements for retainer clients and an annual receipt pack for finance teams. You will measure DSO, on-time rate, and collection time using the included sheet. You will create a short “how to pay us” page with links and currencies accepted. You will end with a calmer month-end close and fewer awkward conversations.
